Beyond the Role of Motherhood
It is possible to love your child with every cell in your body… and still feel the need to reconnect with yourself. I know this path because I walk it every day. Even though motherhood is the most beautiful thing I have experienced, it also brings its own challenges. As a foreigner who doesn’t speak the local language, it can feel especially isolating sometimes.
To stay balanced and continue enjoying my journey as a mum, I turned to intuitive painting and journaling. Art has always been my language; it is the space that reminds me of who I am behind my daily roles, allowing me to return to my family with a full heart.
I believe that valuing your inner world is essential when so much of your energy flows outward. This isn’t just about painting; it’s a soulful way to reclaim your own voice and spirit. It’s about creating a sanctuary where you can breathe, create, and simply be.
Guided by Heart and Experience
My professional journey began over twenty years ago. I first trained as a Design Assistant in Media and Communication, followed by a year in Monument Preservation at the Städel Museum in Frankfurt. Later, I earned my Master’s Degree in Art Education and spent years teaching in international classrooms and museums.
While my formal education gave me a deep understanding of art, the workshops I lead today come from a different place. They were born from my own experience of motherhood and my seventeen years of meditation practice. I realized that mothers don’t need another art class with rules and techniques. They need a space to reconnect with themselves.
I am an artist and a mother, not a therapist. I facilitate creative exploration and hold a judgment-free space where you can explore, play, and meet yourself on the page.
Today, I balance my work as a German and Art teacher with my heart’s mission: holding this online space for mothers. I use my years of experience to guide you through an intuitive process that is safe and centered on your own unfolding.
