Upcoming Workshops
May
Soft Art Sessions -Women’s Circle 01.05.
When: May 1st (Public Holiday) | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Where: Full Spectrum House, Vlkova 23, Prague 3 – Žižkov
Imagine two hours when you don’t have to impress anyone, not even yourself. It’s tough being a woman. All day we are mothering, daughtering, working, being the glue for many, so we deserve and need time for ourselves.
We created a space where you can come as you are—calm or tired, social or quiet. This workshop is inclusive of all women (you don’t have to be a mum).
This workshop is for any woman who is:
- Drawn to self-reflection, the inner world, and self-expression
- Open to trying something new without pressure or expectation
- Looking for a safe space to reconnect with herself and her creativity
- Curious about embracing imperfection and letting go of control
What to expect: We arrive and settle in with warm-up drawings, relax with a guided meditation and visualization, and then paint intuitively. Afterward, we take a moment to introspect with journaling questions and a closing circle.

Mosaic coaster, mosaic vase, or wait, a mosaic mirror? Sounds fancy. You can totally make it, and we will help you!
It is one of the nicest ways to slow down and make something beautiful that actually comes home with you. Less like a class, more like hanging out with a friend who happens to know a lot about tiles.

“It brings you closer to yourself. I realized that as many shades of colors as there are, that’s how much I can appreciate and accept the different sides of my own personality. I am so thankful for that.”
— Sarah
“I managed to tap into something deep and unexpected through abstract painting. Stella provides a friendly, peaceful space where you feel truly relaxed and cheerful. I loved it.”

A 90-Minute Journey Home to Yourself
A Space to Breathe
We begin by clearing a space just for you. I’ll guide you to settle your nervous system and let go of the ‘mother-load’ for a moment. This is your permission to put down your responsibilities and simply be with yourself.
The Freedom to Play
This is the heart of our time together. There are no artistic rules here and zero expectations of ‘good’ art. We use intuitive painting to bypass the analytical mind and let your soul speak through color. It is a practice of trusting your own hands and releasing perfectionism.
Anchor Your Insights
We close our session by bringing your experience to the page. I will offer guided journaling prompts to help you understand the internal shifts that happened while you were painting. This reflection bridges the gap between your art and your daily life, ensuring you leave feeling clear, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself.

This series is best experienced without distractions, as a space just for you.
That said, I understand many mothers have young children at home in the mornings. Babies who don’t walk yet can easily be nearby, and older children are welcome to be present and paint along with you.
You’re always free to switch off your microphone and camera if needed.
Not at all. These workshops are about expression, not technique. You don’t need to know how to draw or paint. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart
